I feel, I am one among you, I believe in oneness, and I feel world is one big family. We contribute to helping each other rise above our current state by expressing our true potential. Spark in one individual ignites many, it, inspires/reminds, us of how each of us is unique and important in our own ways.
I am a person who likes to prioritize my feelings, paying attention to my feelings connects me to myself. There are brief moments during the day when my mind takes a break and all that remains is the feeling of being in connection to my core. These short moments are the cherished moments of oneness, between outer me and inner myself.
Being in feeling of love makes life beautiful. Sustained feeling of love within initiates healing. I feel, within ourselves and around…. When we heal, our light shines on each other and makes this world a brighter, loving place!
Our own laughter has innate healing potential, by every exhalation when we hahaha, our pain gets released and worries get blown away with exhalation. Living in trust and surrender in the present moment is the key, it automatically attracts the same frequency/vibration/energy around us. The process is not only enjoyable, but it initiates transformation and healing in us.
My approach to work with my clients: I will be offering my services to assist you in your life journey in a way that, you will feel that it is you creating your own story and living the life of your dreams. The goal is to make each person remember that he/she is your own master, you are enough and resourceful, following your inner instinct is more important then following anyone else.
I will be taking an approach of providing you with tips and you will witness how you restore your power, take charge of your life and create the life you have always wanted. Because when you yourself do the inner work, the results are astounding, not only you get healed but as you unravel your true self it is the best gift ever.
You will realize that whatever you look for outside is all within. You will become your biggest fan/follower.

Laughter Therapy
Just like, breathing, loving and being, no one teaches us how to laugh. Laughter comes from within; it is a natural expression of our soul. It is ironical when we seek sources outside of us, even though we are equipped with unlimited resources within us. Wonderful magic unfolds when we laugh naturally. We start to heal, we restart to laugh at simple things, just like babies, we start observing the world with curiosity, innocence and simplicity. Overtime we start to laugh at ourselves, our ego, worries, sorrows and pain go away. It is a simple act of cultivating and activating the inner child within us, whilst enjoying playfulness. In all, it is about waking up with humor and reviving our soul!
